2002 Wolfe Reunion Minutes

Location of Reunion
It was a cloudy, very hot, and extremely humid day under the pavilion at the Nazareth Borough Park. 

Family Members Present

Meeting Called to Order
Greg Wolfe, president, called the meeting to order and gave our moments of remembrance.

Minutes Read
Minutes were read by Eileen. Motion to accept minutes by Hank. Seconded by Walter. Motion passed. 

Treasurer's Report
Sandra read the treasurer's report.  The deposit for the park was $27.50.  Expenses included meat $31.01, paper products $23.32, rolls and ice $9.89, stamps $7.48, and envelopes $1.00. 

Balance was $93.39.
Motion to accept report by Guy. Seconded by Hank. Motion passed. 

Correspondence
There was no correspondence to read.

Election of officers resulted in:

Family Updates
Each family member that wished shared an update on their family's
highlights. 

2003 Reunion
Games were left to each family to bring their own.  Walter suggested name tags to be reinstated next year.  A collecton was taken. $100.14 was added to the treasury for a balance of 232.75.  Total attendance
was 37. 

Next year's picnic will be at the Nazareth Borough Park Log Cabin on Saturday, August 16, 2003 from 1:00PM until dark.  Linda Garcia's husband, Jim, suggested everyone bring one old photo to next reunion with family member's name, date of birth, and death (if applicable). You could scan two copies (one for Jim and one for Greg) and bring those.  These would be used in a family picture tree.  We have an e-mail list started.  If anyone would be interested it would be nice to have a family phone chain developed, too.  Any volunteers?  No.  The first Wolfe Reunion was in 1921.
Karen Wolfe would like information on next year's reunion. Walter Wagner gave grace and we took a break for dinner.. After dinner Hank made a
